IBM MAXIMO APM – ASSET HEALTH INSIGHTS – Health management and Asset Performance

IT CONSOL group, leader in Asset Management and Digital Transformation, introduces the IBM MAXIMO APM – Asset Health solution to monitor and control asset health and performance management.  It allows direct connectivity to its SCADA systems and sensorization for real-time collection of its data and transformation into decision-making indicators, through statistical models of asset health and performance trends, which allows predicting future failures based on the behavior of the asset; it also allows you to project replacements and associated costs for budgets.

Effective asset status monitoring allows companies to take the next and best possible actions to improve asset condition, including reducing preventive maintenance schedules and repair or replacement planning. Maximo APM – Asset Health Insights On-Premises enables you to optimize preventive maintenance by combining asset log information and sensor data to make companies better able to plan for capital increases.

When you register devices with IBM Watson IoT Platform, you can receive sensor data about your assets. In the Reliability Engineering workplace, you can monitor asset conditions and trigger automated actions that are based on changes to the data. By defining scoring methods, companies can obtain information about the status of an asset or location, and can take outcome-based measures, such as optimizing preventive maintenance schedules or replacement planning.
